Salamath Nisha is a 11-year old girl, who belongs to Uthamapalyam, Theni. Her father works at a shop and his mother is a home maker. When Nisha was about 3 years old, she was diagnosed with heart disease.

They took Nisha to many private hospitals but they turned her away as they were not able to find a way to treat her condition. Operation was the only way out and the cost was estimated to be around Rs 2 Lacs. This amount was beyond the means of Nisha’s parents.

As if in answer to their prayers, Nisha’s parents came to know about the Free Medical Camp being organised by the Little Moppet Heart Foundation. She underwent a successful surgery on 25/04/2017.

With financial aid from benefactors and efforts of  the Little Moppet Heart Foundation, Nisha is recuperating well.
